1. EMAIL SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION. These terms & conditions apply to the “Fall Essentials Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) offered by NUORI ApS and Yvonne Koné ApS. The purpose of the Sweepstakes is to encourage email sign-ups and rewarding our email subscribers.

Eligible participants will be offered the chance to win one of the specified prizes during the ten-day entry period for the Sweepstakes, as described in Section 2.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:

3. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will run from 3 PM CEST on Monday, September 7, 2020, through 11:59 PM CEST on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Entries will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the entire Sweepstakes period. The winner will be announced on Friday, September 18, 2020. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Any entry received after 11:59 PM CEST on Thursday, September 17, 2020, is ineligible for a prize.
   
   
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the EU and 48 contiguous U.S. States. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step-parents, step-children, and step-siblings) of sponsor brands are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants are eligible to win a maximum of one prize during the overall Sweepstakes period.
